One of the goals of the Maysville Education Foundation is to address the needs of students, faculty, and administrators outside the normal public funding of the state and local tax dollars. The funds from the Foundation will be used in such areas:
- Grants to faculty for special study or projects
- Purchase of special equipment for classroom use
- One time trips to points of interest to aid in the understanding of history, science, and liberal arts topics
- Awards for outstanding achievements by students or faculty
The foundation’s Board of Trustees will meet each year to consider requests and provide funding in one of the above areas. Grants will be issued based upon the funds available. Guidelines are available to request grants and scholarships. Please contact us for more information.
